Any person of good character is eligible to apply for membership in the Midwest Modena Club by meeting the following criteria:
membership application has been completed and submitted to the Secretary/Treasurer,
has paid the applicable membership fee,
has agreed to comply with the Bylaws of this club and signed the membership application to abide by the governing rules of the club,
A member's application for acceptance to the Midwest Modena Club is dependent on the Board of Director's approval by a two-thirds majority vote and their decision is final.

Membership Dues:
Memberships expire December 31 of the current year and are not
prorated. If you wish to start your membership now they will be due again
on January 1. Membership fees per year may be in any of the
following:
| Individual Membership: |
$15.00 |
The individual membership for all members 18 and older is $15.00. This fee entitles the member to all rights within the MMC, which includes voting, holding office, participation in club shows, activities, and the club newsletter. |

Spouse Membership: |
$5.00 |
Spouses who meet the requirements for individual membership may join the club for a $5.00 fee, but will not be eligible to vote or hold office, nor will they receive separate mailings. A spouse that wishes to vote must be an individual membership. |
| Junior Membership: |
Free |
Individuals 17 years or younger on January 1 and meet the requirements for membership may join for free and will be entitled to full individual membership privileges. A junior member between 12 and 17 will be allowed voting rights. |

Lifetime |
$150.00 |
The individual Lifetime Membership for all members 18 and older is $150.00. This fee entitles the member to all rights within the MMC, which includes voting, holding office, participation in club shows, activities, and the club newsletter. |

suspended or terminated and I will hold
the Midwest Modena Club and its officers harmless.
